Directions for use: Unscrew cap partially, while holding bottle initially at a distance of 12 to 24 inches away from nose, LIGHTLY inhale above bottle prior to strenuous activity.  Once accustomed to its effectiveness, adjust cap opening, distance to nose and amount inhaled to your personal tolerance.
